Mithai Radio Academy was established in 2020 with the vision of making radio education accessible to all. Since its inception, nearly 150 children and young learners have been trained as Radio Jockeys through Mithai Radio Academy.
Voice & Speech

Technical Training
Technical training of a Radio Jockey focuses on operating studio equipment, microphones, sound mixers, recording software, and automation systems. It also includes voice modulation, audio editing, broadcast timing, handling live shows, and understanding transmission rules to ensure smooth, professional radio programs.
Presentation of live
Presentation of live radio involves confident speaking, clear voice modulation, spontaneity, and strong listener connection. A radio presenter manages time, handles live interactions, introduces music or content smoothly, responds instantly to situations, and maintains energy and professionalism throughout the broadcast.
Language Skills
Language skills of a Radio Jockey include clear pronunciation, rich vocabulary, correct grammar, and fluent expression. An RJ must adapt language to the audience, use engaging words, control tone, switch styles when needed, and communicate ideas simply, creatively, and confidently on air.
Personality Development
RJ personality development focuses on confidence, positive attitude, creativity, emotional intelligence, and audience connection. A few have built their own identities as telecallers, content creators, and presenters on YouTube alternatives and various social media platforms, showcasing their individual talents and creativity.
Mithai Radio Academy was founded with the primary objective of creating equal learning opportunities, especially for families who are unable to afford training in corporate institutions. The academy focuses on providing high-quality radio training at minimal fees, enabling talented and passionate individuals to pursue careers in the media industry while developing strong personal and professional values.
